The manufacturing facility for hoses and braids has led to further value addition in the form of Pump Connectors.

Pump Connectors are normally provided for vibration and noise isolation between the piping and the vibration equipment.

A standard Pump Connector consists of a convoluted stainless steel hose with an over braid with a fitting at either end. The fitting being either a flange type, threaded type or hexagonal nipple type.

Pump Connectors of longer lengths to accommodate additional lateral deflection and excessive vibration are also made to meet specific customer needs.

Note:

  1. All threaded assembles have male NPT ends, schedule 40 carbon steel, with stainless steel hose and stainless steel single braid covering.

  2. All flanged assemblies have 150 Lbs carbon steel flanges with stainless steel hose and stainless steel single braid covering.

  3. Pump Connectors with hexagonal nipple in carbon steel can also be manufactured at customer's request.
